"TURN OF THE CENTURY JAIL"

No. 240 in my 365/2010 painting series.
Title: "TURN OF THE CENTURY JAIL"
Size: 8.5 X 11 inches
Medium: Watercolor on 140 lb. cold pressed paper.

Freedom, Oklahoma????Freedom??? yep No freedom in this little jail located in Freedom, Oklahoma.
Found it on my way to the NUSCTUNGA arts festival in June.
This little town is Northwest Oklahoma near the Kansas line. The whole town looks like a set for an old western movie. but, it's not. It really looks like the towns you see on Gunsmoke.
I loved it. Ever get close to ALVA, or BUFFALO, OK. be sure you look it up.
I hope you like what I do.
