Aberdeen, or Monroe County friends, How many of you ever ate at the SOUTH SIDE CAFE? Do you know where it was located?
It was at the NW corner of Columbus and Bennett streets, facing east. across Columbus street on the corner was Barnett's Grocery store. I actually ate a few Hamburgers out of there. They were always so good. The place as a clean as a new white shirt on the inside but the outside looked awful. I think I remember paying like 65 cents for the burger and a coke in a bottle. I hope you like what i'm doing. Comments are appreciated.
