This house is located on Silk Stocking Row in Aberdeen, Mississippi. The street name is actually Franklin Street. To me it is one of the two most beautiful houses in Aberdeen. It is next door to the Sloan House. The other most beautiful in my opinion.
The house faces east but this view show the beautiful three story tower that is on the southeast corner of the house and sits at an angle. I did a much larger painting of this house for Mr. and Mrs. Mike Smith when they moved from Columbus, Mississippi to Aberdeen.
