"F.L. WRIGHT IN CALUMET CITY, IL."

This is the No. 164 painting in my 354/2010 series.
Title: "F.L. WRIGHT IN CALUMET CITY, IL."
Size: App. 8X11 inches
Medium: Watercolor on 140 lb. DeArches cold press paper.
This house may have led to my love of architecture and F.L Wright.
I use to pass by this house on my way to school everyday. I only lived in Calumet City for the junior and senior years of high school. We walked to school a lot and this is one of the houses on the way. I don't know who lived there but maybe Bob, my brother can lend some help there. I always thought the mayor live there. I really don't remember knowing about Wright till after i knew about this place.
I do hope you like what I do.
Comments and/or remarks are appreciated.

I have been fascinated by this house for years-one of my design instructors worked with wright [why didn't I ever ask her about it?]just found an image of it on e-bay taken in 1961- yours is the only other image I can find - I'll let you know if I come up with any other info-the house really seems to be off the radar!Great painting of it by the way!
